WE EXPECT OUR NEXT SENIOR PASTOR WILL HAVE:
GODLY CHARACTER
• Spiritual disciplines, man of prayer and of the Word who demonstrates the fruit of the Spirit and the qualities of an elder with fortitude
• Strength to carry the weight of responsibility, wise ?nancial stewardship, faithful in giving
• A healthy marriage and family, managing his household well
• Humble, transparent, and authentic character
SOLID THEOLOGY
• Master’s degree-level knowledge of God’s Word, who can handle Greek and Hebrew
• Sound doctrine, committed to orthodox theology expressed on our website, but not rigid on secondary matters and in harmony with our position papers
CULTURAL ALIGNMENT
• Embrace Christ Fellowship’s identity
• Passion and skill for a one-church, two-language (English and Spanish) culture
• Chemistry with our Executive Team, Elders, and staff
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Seminary master’s degree
• Larger church experience, with multiple staff teams
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Multi-cultural ministry experience
• Skilled in architecting worship services with a team
• Ten years of local church ministry experience
