The Kids Director leads and oversees all aspects of Kids Ministries, guiding children from birth through 5th grade in their spiritual growth. This role requires a visionary leader passionate about mentoring teams, ensuring alignment with Fox River’s mission, and cultivating an environment that prioritizes safety, spiritual development, and fun for which kids want to keep coming back.
The person filling this role will oversee Kids’ Ministries at three campuses. They will supervise Kids’ Coordinators at each of the campuses. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience leading others in creating environments and learning that are specifically for children. Preferred candidates have experience in the church environment leading childrens' ministry and the staff (volunteer and paid) that fill the many ministry roles. The role will report to the Family Pastor. This role is a Full-Time salary position. Pay is commensurate with experience.
